This Policy applies only to eligible products purchased directly through the official FOROSECARE website.

1. Return Window

FOROSECARE accepts eligible return requests submitted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To help us review and process your request promptly, we recommend submitting your request within 3–7 days of delivery when a product arrives damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect, or with another quality-related concern.

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a return request through the return request portal available on our website.
2. Provide your order number, the product you would like to return, and the reason for the request.
3. Upload clear photos or videos when the product is damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect, or otherwise affected by a quality concern.
4. Wait for our team to review and approve your request before sending the product back.
5. Use the prepaid return shipping label and return instructions provided by FOROSECARE.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must generally be met:

• The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• The product was purchased directly from the official FOROSECARE website.
• The product is returned with its original packaging, accessories, and included materials whenever reasonably possible.
• The product is not classified as a final sale item, gift card, free sample, free gift, or promotional giveaway.
• The return has been reviewed and approved through the official FOROSECARE return request process.
• The product is returned using the instructions and shipping label provided by FOROSECARE.

We may request additional information, photos, videos, or packaging details when reasonably necessary to verify return eligibility.

4. Beauty Product Return Guidelines

Because FOROSECARE sells beauty and cosmetic products, all returns are reviewed with product hygiene, safety, quality, and customer protection considerations in mind.

We may be unable to accept products that are empty, heavily used, intentionally damaged, altered, contaminated, tampered with, missing key packaging, or otherwise unable to be safely inspected or processed.

If a product caused a concern, did not perform as expected, or presented a possible quality issue, please provide a clear explanation and supporting photos or videos in your return request. Our team will review the circumstances before determining the appropriate solution.

5. Damaged, Defective, Leaking, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please submit a return request as soon as possible, preferably within 3–7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• The name of the affected product
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or videos clearly showing the product and issue
• Photos of the internal and external packaging
• A clear photo of the shipping label when requested

After reviewing the information, FOROSECARE may provide a replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate solution based on the circumstances, product availability, and applicable law.

6. Free Return Shipping

FOROSECARE provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost for approved returns. The label will be sent to the email address associated with your order after the return request has been approved.

Returns sent without prior approval, to an unauthorized address, through a different shipping method, or without the provided return label may be delayed, refused, lost, or ineligible for processing.

7. Return Packaging and Shipment

When preparing an approved return:

• Place the product in secure protective packaging.
• Include the original packaging, accessories, and included materials whenever possible.
• Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package.
• Remove or cover any previous shipping labels and barcodes.
• Keep the return tracking number and shipping receipt until the return has been completed.

FOROSECARE is not responsible for return packages sent without authorization or without following the provided return instructions, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Return Inspection

After an approved return is delivered to the authorized return location, our team will inspect the product and confirm whether it meets the requirements of this Policy.

We will notify you by email after the return has been reviewed. Additional information may be requested if the returned product differs from the information provided in the original return request.

9. Refunds

If your return is accepted after inspection, the approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

You will receive a confirmation email after FOROSECARE has submitted the refund. Banks, credit card companies, digital wallet providers, and other payment processors may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If a refund does not appear after your payment provider’s normal processing period, please contact the payment provider first and then contact FOROSECARE with your order details if further assistance is needed.

10. Exchanges

FOROSECARE may offer an exchange for an eligible product, subject to return approval and product availability. An exchange may be available when:

• You received the wrong product
• The product arrived damaged, leaking, or defective
• You request the same product or another eligible available option

If the requested exchange product is unavailable, we may provide a refund, store credit, or another suitable solution after reviewing the request.

11. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

• Free gifts, samples, and promotional giveaways
• Products clearly identified as final sale
• Products not purchased directly from the official FOROSECARE website
• Products returned without an approved return request
• Products returned to an unauthorized address
• Products that are empty or heavily used
• Products that have been altered, tampered with, contaminated, or intentionally damaged
• Products missing required packaging, components, or accessories when those materials are necessary to process the return

These restrictions do not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Purchases From Other Retailers

FOROSECARE can only process returns, refunds, or exchanges for products purchased directly through the official FOROSECARE website.

If you purchased a FOROSECARE product from another retailer, marketplace, distributor, or third-party seller, please contact the original seller and follow that seller’s return and refund procedures.

13. Return Review and Misuse

Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval. FOROSECARE reserves the right to review the order, product condition, supporting information, return history, and other relevant circumstances before approving a return, refund, or exchange.

We may decline requests that do not meet this Policy, are submitted outside the applicable return window, contain incomplete or inaccurate information, or reasonably appear to involve fraud, abuse, excessive returns, or misuse of the return process, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
